- Appoint and evaluate the Dean

2. Academic Board
Role: Academic governance and quality assurance
Composition:
- Dean (Chair)
- Heads of Departments
- Faculty representatives
- Student representatives (postgraduate and executive)
- Registrar (Secretary)
Key Functions:
- Approve academic programs, curricula, and research policies
- Set academic standards and assessment regulations
- Oversee faculty recruitment, promotions, and sabbaticals
- Monitor research ethics and academic integrity

Role: Day-to-day management and operational leadership

- Coordinate accreditation (e.g., NUC, AACSB, EQUIS)
- Monitor teaching quality and learning outcomes
- Conduct periodic program reviews and audits
